FOR PASSENGERS • Create a ride request in seconds: pick-up point, destination, time and number of seats • Add a note — luggage, a child, where exactly to meet • Get offers from drivers and see their rating, reviews, car model and colour • Confirm the driver you like — or decline • Chat with your driver to agree on the details

FOR DRIVERS • See open ride requests, sorted by distance from you • Check the passenger's profile and rating before offering • Offer a ride with one tap — even if you have fewer free seats than requested • Switch between driver and passenger in the same account

TRUST AND SAFETY • Ratings and reviews after every ride • Report any user from their profile — we review reports within 24 hours • Block a user so you no longer see each other's rides or messages • Your phone number and exact personal details are never shown publicly; licence plates are partially hidden
