I built Shimmer & Glow for my mother. It’s kind of a throwback to a simpler time. It keeps no score, no goals, no real strategy, just a relaxing experience for people who just want to unwind. Touch the shape. It drifts, spins, and rebounds like a carrom piece. When it reaches the edge, glitter cascades and a soft chime rings out — like a rain stick — with a gentle pulse under your fingertip. Built with a soft color palette the warm screen is easy on the eyes and the game itself is easy on the mind.
