DropHere is a private iPhone library for organizing IDs, certificates, contracts, receipts, recordings, videos, images, PDFs, Office files, and important text. No account is required. Keep related content together in one item, search the whole item, view originals, and set reminders for renewals, payments, and other due dates.

Key features: • Add multiple text sections, images, audio, videos, and files to one item and reorder them • Record audio and import videos with in-app playback, sound, original filenames, and generated video thumbnails • Organize with built-in Credential, Contract, and Receipt types or create your own • Search item titles, entered text, and attachment filenames • Add due-date reminders, including daily reminders during the final 7 days • Use system Live Text on demand to select and copy text directly from images • Share original images or create temporary copies with a purpose watermark • Preview images, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other formats supported by iOS • Use Trash, multi-select batch deletion, pinning, type management, and nearby iPhone data transfer • Optionally protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode; content is concealed immediately in the background

Privacy and storage: • No DropHere account is required • Your library is stored in the app container on this device by default • iCloud sync is off by default and starts only after you confirm • Items save locally first; when iCloud sync is enabled, media uploads asynchronously without blocking the save flow • The managed library is excluded from iPhone iCloud Backup and computer backups • Image text recognition runs on device when requested, and recognition results are not saved

The free version includes the main features with up to 5 active items. Full Access removes the app-imposed active-item limit and is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription or a one-time Permanent Unlock. All plans provide the same Full Access entitlement and support Family Sharing; your private library is not shared. Actual capacity depends on device storage and performance.
