Secure ID Forum Istanbul 2026 — Official Companion App

The companion app for Secure ID Forum, the government forum on identity, borders and digital trust, held 15–16 September 2026 at the Atatürk Cultural Center, Istanbul.

YOUR ENTRY PASS, OFFLINE Your pass loads once — by scanning the QR code in your confirmation letter, no password — and works from then on with no network at all. Flight mode, a basement hall or a full stadium of delegates make no difference. Your printed badge stays the primary object; the app is how you collect it and how others scan you.

EXCHANGE CONTACTS ON YOUR TERMS Scan a badge to exchange contacts, but nothing is shared until both sides agree. You choose exactly which details go out — LinkedIn, email, phone — field by field, every time. No contact is created, and nothing is sent, until you approve.

KEEP TRACK OF WHO YOU MET Add a private note and tags to any contact — Government, Potential Client, Media, Speaker, Partner, Supplier, Priority Follow-up — so your list is easy to sort once the forum is over. Notes and tags are yours alone; they are never visible to the other person or to the organiser.

THE PROGRAMME, BUILT AROUND YOU Browse both days of sessions, speakers and the exhibition floor plan. Add the sessions you intend to attend to My Agenda — that is what turns on your reminder, ten minutes before each one starts. Nothing else in the app can notify you.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT YOUR TIME Exactly six kinds of message can reach this device, and nothing else: a reminder for a session you chose, the opening keynote, the networking reception, a change to one of your sessions, a reminder for the Gala Dinner if you are attending, and an urgent forum-wide announcement. No promotions, no marketing, nothing composed on the day.
