Townsquar Courier is the work app for private contracted riders and drivers for Townsquar, Ghana's online marketplace. Runs are assigned by dispatch, so there is nothing to bid on and nothing to chase: open the run, work it stop by stop, and get paid for what you finished.

Anyone in Ghana with a motorbike, car or van and a valid licence can apply to ride from inside the app. You sign in once your account is approved.

LOCATION WHILE YOU ARE ON A RUN Townsquar Courier collects location data, including when the app is closed or not in use, so dispatch can see where a run has got to, the customer gets an accurate arrival time, and a stop unlocks when you reach it. Collection starts when you tap Start run and stops when that run ends. Nothing is collected between runs, or on an assignment you have not started.

YOUR DAY ON ONE SCREEN Clock in and your run sheet shows what dispatch has assigned you, what is in progress, and what you finished today. Every new assignment arrives as a push notification.

STOP BY STOP, IN ORDER A run is a sequenced list of stops: collect from a partner store, drop into a Townsquar hub, or hand a parcel to a customer. The app says what each stop is asking for, and it asks for one thing at a time.

NAVIGATION BUILT IN Route overview and turn-by-turn driving live inside the app, or hand the address off to Google Maps.

PROOF THAT PROTECTS YOU Deliveries close with the customer's handover code, or a photo when they have no code, so every parcel you hand over has a record. A stop that fails is logged with its reason and goes straight to dispatch.

WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOES NOT Coverage on the road is not always kind. Completions and photos captured offline are queued on the phone and sent the moment you have signal again, so work you actually did is never lost.

YOUR MONEY, IN FULL See what you earned this week, this month, or across 90 days, with a chart and a run by run ledger. Track what lands in your next payout, what is still pending, and what bounced. Payouts go to mobile money or a bank account you add and verify yourself, on a daily, weekly, or biweekly schedule you choose.

DISPATCH IS ONE TAP AWAY Call dispatch or send a message from inside the app when a gate is locked, an address is wrong, or a parcel does not match the manifest.
