• Log your habits with a title, duration, date, and a temporary photo (visible for 72h) to capture the moment without leaving a permanent trace.
• Track your progress on a navigable monthly calendar, with full history per habit.
• Build streaks and stay consistent day after day.
• Save your personal records for gym and running (squat, deadlift, 5K, 10K, half marathon...).
• Keep track of races, tournaments, and competitions with manual counters.
• Check your weekly and monthly stats, and share them as a post if you want.
• Create custom habits that fit your exact routine.
• Follow other people, react to and comment on their posts to keep each other motivated.
• Set privacy independently for each habit: decide what you share, with whom, and what stays only in your private calendar.
