ShiftScout Hockey

ShiftScout by ProspectPath Hockey is a parent-controlled way to turn exactly three raw youth hockey shifts into focused coaching feedback.

HOW IT WORKS

• Sign in with Apple. • Purchase one private ShiftScout review through Apple. • Choose exactly three distinct raw shift clips from your iPhone photo library. • Add only the player-identification details needed for the reviewer to identify the right player. • Confirm that you are authorized to share the footage, then upload it securely. • Follow the private review status in the app. • When the review is delivered, open the player-only reel and coaching report, then take the cues and practice ideas into the week.

COACHING GROUNDED IN THE VIDEO

ShiftScout focuses on what the camera can actually support. Each selected coaching moment connects a visible clue with context and options, the player's decision and its effect, a simple player cue, a practice idea, and an evidence limit. Human quality control keeps the review focused on visible game evidence instead of guessing at details outside the frame.

PARENT CONTROL AND PRIVACY

The camera is intentionally unavailable inside ShiftScout. You choose three videos from your library, and they upload only after you confirm sharing permissions and tap Submit. A nickname is enough; a full legal name is not required. Account deletion is available in the app.

USE RAW SHIFTS, NOT HIGHLIGHTS

Include a few seconds before and after each shift so the reviewer can see the developing play. Highlight reels often leave out the context needed for useful coaching.

ShiftScout is for private player development. It does not promise recruiting exposure, roster placement, scholarships, or any specific hockey outcome.
