BEFORE YOU RECORD Recording a private conversation without the consent of those present is illegal in Switzerland (art. 179bis and 179ter of the Swiss Criminal Code) and in France (art. 226-1 of the French Criminal Code). Sonory reminds you of this and offers an audible start-of-recording signal. You remain responsible for obtaining the necessary consents.
