Trail Control is the race operations platform for trail running events.

It gives organisers, staff and volunteers one place to manage the operational services required before and during an event.

Depending on their role and the configuration of each event, users can:

• Join an organisation or event through a secure invitation • Review their assigned role and event information • Confirm meals and accommodation • Access QR credentials for authorised services • Register vehicles and review parking assignments • Receive operational reminders and updates • Scan and validate credentials when authorised • Manage teams, volunteers, entitlements and event services

Access to Trail Control is invitation-only. Organisations create and manage their own events and invite authorised staff and volunteers. Public account registration is not available.

Trail Control is designed for operational coordination. It is not a race timing, tracking or emergency-response service.

Some features depend on the user’s role and may not be visible to every account.
