TapSure Care

Caring for someone who lives alone means a constant low-level worry: are they okay today? TapSure Care turns that worry into a simple daily answer.

You set up a check-in. At the time you choose, we text your loved one. They reply YES if all is well, or HELP if they need you. If nothing comes back, you get an alert. They never need to install anything — it works over ordinary text messages, on whatever phone they already have.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add a loved one — their name, mobile number, and an optional backup contact.
2. Create a check-in — choose the type, the time, how often it repeats, and their country and time zone.
3. At the scheduled time they receive a text, and reply YES or HELP.
4. You see the outcome on your home screen. No reply, and you're alerted.

CHECK-IN TYPES

• Wellness — a simple "are you doing okay?" • Medication — a reminder at the time it's due • Meal — a nudge around mealtimes • Custom — write your own message, in your own words

SCHEDULING

• Repeat daily, on weekdays, on weekends, weekly, or monthly • Set the time in your loved one's own country and time zone • Daylight saving is handled for you — 9am stays 9am • Run more than one check-in a day for the same person

STAYING INFORMED

• Push and email alerts when someone doesn't respond, or asks for help • A home screen showing at a glance who has replied and who hasn't • Full check-in history, so you can see patterns over time • An optional backup contact, tried if the first number can't be reached • Manage several loved ones from one place

ABOUT THE TEXT MESSAGES

Before anyone receives recurring check-ins, they confirm from their own phone by replying YES. They can reply STOP at any time to stop the messages, or HELP for support. How often messages arrive depends on the schedule you set. Message and data rates may apply.

Phone numbers are used only to send check-ins and related notifications. We do not sell your information, and we never share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
