Site audits that finish themselves: answer, speak, sketch or photograph on site, and it uploads when the signal comes back. Try the demonstration — no account needed.
Description
Site Survey is the site auditing app for cleaning contractors, facilities management companies and property services firms. Surveys arrive from your office, your surveyors complete them on site, and they upload themselves — whether or not there is a signal.
TRY THE WHOLE APP FIRST — NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Tap "See a demonstration" or "Show me a demonstration" on the first screen. The app fills with a worked example — allocated sites, question sets, photographs, a sketch, a narrated visit and a completed submission — and every screen works exactly as it does in service. Nothing is sent anywhere, it needs no account and no connection, and it runs in Airplane Mode. Leave it from the work list whenever you like.
BUILT FOR PLANT ROOMS AND BASEMENTS
Everything is written to the device first, and the questions arrive with the allocation, so a survey opens in a car park with no bars. When the signal comes back the outbox empties on its own — answers first, photographs after.
YOUR DAY, IN ORDER
The work list shows every site the office has sent, grouped by contract and nearest first, with a coloured bar and a chip that say where each one stands: new, in progress, or waiting to be sent. Search by site or postcode, or narrow it to what is due today and overdue.
ANSWER IT ON THE SPOT — OR JUST SAY IT
Questions are numbered, and where the office has given a set of answers the surveyor picks one rather than typing. Any written answer can be spoken instead: tap Record, say it, and the words are typed in for you — on the device, with no signal needed — and marked as spoken. Anything that does not apply can be marked N/A, photographs included. Answers save as they are touched.
NARRATE THE WHOLE VISIT
Some visits are better told than ticked. Narrate the visit and your words become the record: the questions stop being required, the transcript goes into the notes, the recording is kept, and you can go back to the questions at any time.
PHOTOGRAPHS THAT COUNT
Where a photograph is required the card says so before Submit is reached. Take it with the camera or attach one from your photo library. If one cannot be taken — a locked riser, a live area — the app records why, instead of leaving a gap somebody has to chase. Photo quality is yours to set.
SKETCH WHAT THE CAMERA CANNOT
A room that is not the size on the plan, where the cupboard actually is: open the sketch pad from the notes, draw it with a finger in five colours, and it is filed with the survey like a photograph.
A SITE THAT IS NOT ON THE LIST
Found something while you were there? Start a survey against any contract, name the site as it reads on the door, and write it up with photographs. The GPS fix travels with it.
WHAT IT DOES WHILE YOU WORK
Surveys, notes, sketches, recordings and photographs stored on the device, uploaded in the background
Spelling and grammar tidied as you type, with no connection
Speech turned into text on the device — nothing you say leaves the handset
Photographs encrypted with a key derived from the surveyor's own password
Face ID or Touch ID unlock, with the passcode and the password as fallbacks
More than one surveyor on a shared iPad, each with their own work and their own key
A connection test that measures the link to your server
Six languages; light and dark
Sent surveys kept for thirty days
A one-tap diagnostic the office can ask for
FOR YOUR OWN COMPANY'S WORK
Any cleaning, facilities or property services company can use Site Survey with its own sites and its own staff. We issue your company its own customer number and database; your office creates a sign-in for each surveyor and sends out the work. See www.cleanlytics.co.uk for what it costs and to ask for an account.
Already work for a company that uses it? Enter the customer number and PIN your office gave you on the first screen and the handset finds its own server; from then on it is your password, or Face ID.
