Add a goal in your own words. Follow suggests a manageable place to start and prepares a simple plan for today. If you are working on several goals, the plan includes steps from different goals so your day stays balanced.

You can turn a suggested step into a plan, record what you did and save notes along the way. If a step does not fit today, you can skip it.

Follow also shows optional micro-steps for days when you have less time or energy. They take only a few minutes and give you an easier way to stay in touch with a goal.
