JYUTPING, PROPERLY TAUGHT Cantonese pronunciation is the hard part, so it gets its own guide: the 19 initials, the finals, and the six tones — each with audio and practice. The Jyutping practice screen breaks any character into its initial, final and tone so you can see how a syllable is built rather than memorising it whole.
