And then it tells you what it did. Every export folder carries a note with one line per photo — "Digitally altered: virtually staged with furniture that is not in the property", or "Light and colour corrected. Nothing in the room was added, removed or moved" — worded to paste straight into a caption or a remarks field. Your MLS decides what has to be disclosed. CurbShot makes sure you can say it accurately, without going back through your own edits to remember.

HONEST LISTINGS BY DESIGN

Virtual staging and listing-photo rules vary by MLS, portal and location. CurbShot gives you safeguards without pretending one preset guarantees acceptance:

• Every staged result stays identified inside CurbShot. At export, choose an on-image label when the destination accepts or requires it. • Every original is archived automatically and never modified, so you can always show the room as it is. • An MLS package hands you the edited photo and its original together as a safe working default.

WHAT IT REFUSES TO DO

CurbShot will not add, remove or move walls, windows or doors. It will not conceal damage, stretch a room's proportions, or invent a view out of the window. Those edits are misrepresentation, and no setting in this app turns them on.

Photos are processed and not kept on our servers. Your archive lives on your phone. No account, no ads, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking across other companies' apps.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

CurbShot Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or annually. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
