TWO MODES • One phone for everyone. Pass it around the table: press and hold your card, see your role, and it hides itself after 8 seconds. No internet required. • Online room. The host creates a room, friends join by scanning a QR code or typing a 6-character code, and everyone sees their role on their own screen — no shoulder peeking.
