Baseball Coach Assistant helps coaches plan batting orders, build defensive rotations, record games and track player opportunities across a season or tournament. Create a defensive plan for multiple tournament games with one tap. Select the number of games, innings per game and whether positions use one-inning or two-inning blocks. The app can generate a complete weekend rotation of up to 50 innings using player availability, Ready and Developing positions, previous opportunities and Fair Play context. Every suggestion remains editable. Review and change any assignment before printing or sharing the plan. Use Build Rotation for Me to create a starting plan for a Regular Team or Tournament Team. Record actual game information, including: • Batting results • Defensive positions by inning • Scores • Tournament pitch counts • Runs, RBIs and stolen bases • Hits, walks and strikeouts Saved games contribute to player statistics, season totals, game highlights and factual areas to review. Games can also be edited when information needs correcting. Track Tournament Pitching Workloads Record pitch totals from one central screen. Review each player’s latest-day total, current workload-period total and most recent pitching date. Start a new workload period without deleting previous games or historical pitch counts. Optional Pitch Smart information is reference guidance only. Coaches remain responsible for official competition rules, required rest, fatigue, soreness and player wellbeing. Print and Share Game Plans Create scorer-friendly PDFs arranged in batting-order sequence. Print the plan, save it to Files, use AirDrop or share it with another coach. Longer games and Tournament Weekend plans are divided across readable pages. Keep Control of Team Data Team information is stored locally on the device. Export a complete backup containing the roster, ratings, position readiness, saved games, statistics, pitch counts and Fair Play history. Imported backups create separate teams and never silently overwrite existing records. Backup files may contain junior-player information and should be stored securely. Subscription and Read-Only Access An active monthly subscription unlocks team management, player editing, defensive planning, game recording and ongoing season tools.
