FOLLOW YOUR SIGNALS Sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate, entered manually or synced from Apple Health. Local atmospheric pressure. Menstrual cycle if you enable that module. Prodrom compares your measurements with your own personal average rather than a general norm.

SPOT YOUR REPORTED FACTORS After each attack, note what was unusual in the previous 24 hours. Over time, the app highlights what often appears before your attacks. These are personal associations, never confirmed causes.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no sign-up. Your health data is stored on your iPhone only. Full JSON export and permanent deletion, free of charge and at any time.

PRODROM+ A 7-day free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription. A follow-up summary exported as a PDF for your doctor, with the figures a neurologist looks for: headache days, days with acute medication, average intensity and duration. Full history beyond 30 days. Factor associations across all of your recorded attacks.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are handled in your Apple account settings.
