KnightWise brings live video chess, training, and progress together in one focused experience. Turn on video and audio during an online game, invite a friend with a code, or practice against bots at multiple difficulty levels.

PLAY • Turn on live video and audio during an online game. Both players have to accept, and the camera and microphone can be switched off separately at any time. • Match with online opponents. • Create or join a friend game with an invite code. • Choose a bot level that suits you. • Play local games and resume ongoing matches. • Use predefined quick-chat messages in supported online games. Free-text chat is not available.

TRAIN • Solve a daily tactic and rating-matched practice puzzles. • Practice mates, forks, pins, skewers, double attacks, sacrifices, and more. • Follow short, board-based lessons covering rules, tactics, and game plans. • Track your tactical rating, solved puzzles, and weekly activity.

EXPLORE • Advance across the Conquest Map and unlock the Realm of Legends. • Complete battle objectives, earn stars, and collect daily in-game chip rewards. • Review move history, revisit positions, and export or share games as PGN.

MAKE IT YOURS • Choose board colors, sound, vibration, display name, and avatars. • Play in English, German, Spanish, Hindi, Russian, or Turkish.

Video and audio are optional and always under your control. A call never starts without your consent, it runs directly between the two players, and it is never recorded.

KnightWise Pro is optional. It includes unlimited practice puzzles and unlimited takebacks in bot and free local games.

Free users receive five practice puzzles per day. The current iOS version contains no advertising.

An internet connection is required for online and friend features and subscriptions.
