Take Up is a Catholic formation app for men who want to build a steady Rule of Life—not another feed to scroll. It brings Scripture, prayer, discipline, service, brotherhood, and honest reflection into one focused daily path.

BUILD A DAILY RULE

• Complete a private formation assessment and receive a practical starting Rule.
• Follow one clear daily plan instead of juggling disconnected habits.
• Track prayer, discipline, service, and other commitments with reminders and check-ins.
• End the day with a guided Examen and review the life your habits are forming.

RETURN TO THE WORD

• Read the complete 73-book World English Bible Catholic Edition.
• Search Scripture, bookmark and highlight verses, and continue where you stopped.
• Practice saved passages with built-in Scripture memory review.
• Return to the day's Catholic Mass readings from Today and Library.

WALK A FORMATION PATH

• Follow structured Journeys that turn reflection into concrete daily practice.
• Build, test, and refine a sustainable Rule rather than collecting temporary intentions.
• Review progress, weekly focus, and the commitments that are becoming part of your life.

DO NOT WALK ALONE

• Create or join a private Brotherhood circle using an invite code and private alias.
• Share check-ins, prayer requests, victories, and accountability with men you trust.
• Find a compatible adult Anchor for a private four-week covenant.
• Report or block inappropriate content and manage your own community contributions.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Take Up does not require an in-app account. Journals, Examen responses, Bible history, reminders, and formation progress stay in the app's protected local storage. Optional Brotherhood and support features use an anonymous service identity, and app-managed data can be deleted from Settings.
