AP Prime Plus

AP Prime Plus is a local-first deliberate practice companion. It helps you define the skills that matter, see the gap between where you are and where you want to be, turn that gap into a weekly plan, protect focused practice blocks, leave evidence after each session, and close the week with an honest review.

Built around a clear five-stage loop — Radar → Plan → Focus → Evidence → Review — AP Prime Plus keeps practice intentional instead of turning progress into empty check-ins.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Radar — See current vs target levels on a skill radar, spot the biggest gaps, track this week’s focus count and minutes, and run a Baseline Check-in with honest 1–10 self-ratings.

• Plan — Turn skill gaps into weekly practice plans with action details, frequency, session length, optional deadline, and Active / Paused / Done status. Jump straight into a Focus block from a plan.

• Focus — Run a Focus Studio session: choose a skill, optionally bind a plan, set 5–120 minutes, write the behavior you will repeat, then start, pause, finish, or abandon the block. Completing a session leads into Evidence so the loop stays closed.

• Evidence — Keep a practice archive of Reflections, Work Outputs, Feedback, and Milestones as text notes linked to skills and sessions.

• Review — See weekly sessions, minutes, and evidence; review charts by skill and day; write a Weekly Review covering wins, blockers, what worked, and next priorities; optionally generate the next plan or return to Baseline Check-in.

• Skill Map — Manage 3–12 skills with current and target scores, and set your weekly focus goal. Scores are always self-rated — practice logs never overwrite them.
