TOOLBOX • Track tools with live totals for issued and missing assets • Review calibration due dates before equipment leaves the yard • Issue and return tools with barcode or QR scanning • Flag missing gear and clear outstanding returns before sign-off

ERECT CHECK • Inspect elevations with interactive side diagrams and lift selectors • Monitor digital plumb and level readouts during assembly • Complete TG20-aligned ledger checklists with OK / N/A marking • Save erect results to the local inspection record

LOAD TAGS • Choose Scafftag colours: Green Safe, Yellow Caution, Red Danger, Blue Limited • Enter capacity values for max load, UDL, point load, and bay length • Preview the physical tag, print, and mark it attached on site • Verify installed tags with QR scanning

SIGN-OFF • Manage the defect punch list by severity and status • Confirm tool return before certificate generation • Capture the competent person signature on device • Record handover recipient details and export a PDF scaffold certificate
