A complete parking management app for small and mid-size parking lots — no computer or barrier required. All you need is a phone. Your lot appears on the driver map, so new customers can find you easily.

ONLINE PAYMENT • The customer scans the QR code and pays from their own phone. • When the payment is confirmed, the exit completes automatically. • Payments go straight to your business's own Stripe or PayTR account. • Works for member and customer payments too; the TV board can show the payment QR code.

RECEIPT QR AND CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS • The moment a car enters, a QR code unique to that record is created. The customer follows the entry time and running fee live. • The link shows only that vehicle's record. • If they wish, customers add a card to Apple Wallet or allow browser notifications. • When the exit is completed, the fee reaches their phone. • No app to download, no sign-up needed.

BE FOUND ON THE DRIVER MAP • Your parking lot can appear in drivers' "parking nearby" list. • Drivers see the number of free spaces and the distance, and get directions. • The driver side is free and needs no account; you gain new customers without paying anything. • Being on the map is entirely under your control.

DISPLAY AND TV BOARD • Show the live number of free spaces and your rates on a TV. • On entry the plate, QR code and entry time are shown; on exit the duration and amount due. • Open the board address on the TV and link it with the code in the app.

VEHICLE ENTRY AND EXIT • Take a photo of the car; the plate is read on the device, no internet needed. • If needed, type the plate in or backdate a forgotten entry time. • The exit fee is calculated instantly from your tariff.
