NeuroSol Symptom Diary

NeuroSol Symptom Diary helps participating patients record the neurological symptoms assigned by their clinic and an overall wellness score.

Your specialist and authorised clinic staff prepare each patient’s clinical profile and provide a code to securely enrol the device. Patients can then:

• complete one symptom and wellness check-in each day;
• see whether today’s check-in is ready or complete;
• review check-ins stored on their device;
• choose their daily reminder time;
• receive clinic-assigned profile updates; and
• securely send completed check-ins to their specialist for review as part of their clinical care.

Patients cannot change their assigned disorders or symptoms inside the app. If a transmission is interrupted, the app retains the pending check-in on the device and retries it later. The app does not display advertising or sell patient information.

This service is only for participating patients. It is not continuously monitored and must not be used for urgent or emergency assistance. In an emergency in Australia, call 000.
