ChargeSmart EV is the home of the most innovative, robust and feature-rich cloud-based software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations, their interaction with utilities, and the driver experience.

The ChargeSmart App uses location-based services to allow drivers to easily find, access, and securely pay for EV charging. Drivers can search for and locate electric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.

With the ChargeSmart electric vehicle charging app, you can also:

• Get notifications and monitor your current charge sessions in real-time, including energy delivered and battery state of charge on supported chargers.*
• See station availability, pricing, and last-used time at a glance before you go.
• Make secure payments — save a payment method and get charged monthly or once you reach a set threshold, with no need to pre-pay for credits.
• View a history of past charging sessions.
• Report misuse or flag a blocked/broken station to alert nearby drivers.
• Get help anytime from our integrated Help Center, staffed by our team of EV charging experts.

*Vehicle State of Charge (SoC) is available on select chargers and may not be displayed in all locations.
