Pawbook is a simple health log for dogs and cats: medications, weight, lab values, vet visits, and photos. No sign-up. No ads. Nothing is sent anywhere.

■ One tap in Today Food, water, toileting, medication, a vet visit — the round buttons record with a single tap. For weight and lab values you type the number.

■ Whatever you enter stays visible, always No range switch on the charts: it is always all time. The weight from the very first day stays exactly where it is. We will never lock away something you have already entered.

■ No limits that matter No limit on the number of pets, on entries, or on how many years you keep going. With more than one pet, tap the circle at the top to switch.

■ Medication reminders Set the times and Pawbook reminds you. Reminders are scheduled ahead as far as the phone allows — open the app now and then to schedule the later ones.

■ Age and life stage Enter a birthday and Pawbook shows the age and life stage. It only tells you the age band — it makes no judgement about health.

■ A page for the vet, and a book of memories The vet summary puts the last 90 days on one page. Memories gathers all your records and photos into one book (Pro).

■ The Rainbow Bridge When you say goodbye, only the medication reminders stop. All your records stay exactly as they are, and you can still add to them.

Free: every kind of entry, all-time timeline and charts, unlimited pets and years, up to 2 medications, one photo per entry. Pro (a one-time purchase, no subscription): as many photos per entry and medications as you like, every lab value charted, the vet summary PDF, the Memories PDF, and backups.
