Traybook is a wear-time log for clear aligners and retainers. Take them out for a meal, tap once. Put them back in, tap once. Your daily wear time adds up on its own. No sign-up. No ads — not one, even on the free version.

■ Two taps a day Tap Take out when you eat or brush, and Put in when they go back. Forgot to tap? Fix the times afterwards, or add a whole period from scratch. Overlapping entries are merged for you.

■ A ring that is one whole day The circle is 24 hours, and the arc grows with the time you wore them. A single notch marks your goal. The arc keeps growing past the goal, so 22 hours and 24 hours never look the same.

■ Progress photos, no limit Front, side, upper, lower. Your previous shot from the same angle is overlaid faintly so every photo lines up. Take as many as you like — they stay on your device and never reach the Photos app.

■ Retention mode When you move to a retainer, numbered tray changes stop and the daily goal switches to a default suited to night-time wear.

■ One page for the clinic Show your wear time in three seconds at your next appointment (Pro).
