Dig carefully. Every cell you open tells you how many letters are touching it, counting corners. Open a cell with nothing near it and the ground clears itself outward, handing you a whole region for free.

But where a letter sits means nothing. Uncovering all twenty-five will not finish the puzzle — each word still has to be named from its letters, with the day's theme as your only guide.
