Sennote is a structured tasting notebook for wine professionals - enologists, cellar teams, laboratory staff and vineyard managers who need their sensory work recorded consistently and shared as a clean report.

Record a tasting through guided stages - appearance, nose, palate, conclusions - with the scales, descriptors and controls your team already uses. Choose the level of detail that fits the session, from a quick routine tasting to a full structured assessment.

Follow a wine through fermentation with in-cellar vinification records, including acidity corrections and extraction guidance. Assess pre-harvest berry ripeness by vineyard parcel. Each has its own purpose-built form rather than a generic note field.
