Swimly Manager is the tool for swimming school staff. It brings everyday course management to your phone — and works even where the connection doesn’t.

POOLSIDe READY Record attendance with a tap, tick off learning goals, and add notes for individual participants. No waiting, because the app saves everything locally first.

WORKS OFFLINE In indoor pools with weak reception, the app keeps working without interruption. Every entry is stored locally and automatically synced as soon as a connection is available again. A counter always shows what is still waiting to be uploaded.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE The “Today” section shows all lessons scheduled for the day, including location and time. A tap opens the attendance list with all participants, their badges, and relevant notes.

COURSES, PARTICIPANTS, ORDERS Course lists with search and filters, participant profiles with badges and learning goals, as well as the school’s orders including payment status.

SECURE The local database is encrypted, and the app can be locked with Face ID. Access is provided exclusively by the swimming school; accounts cannot be created directly in the app.
