League of Doctor

League of Doctor is a competitive clinical case game built for medical students and physicians. Every case is a talking patient simulated by AI: you ask the history questions and the answers stream in real time, faithful to the scenario.

SOLVE THE CASE • Take the history: ask the AI patient free-text questions and collect the clues. • Examine and order tests: pick the right items — every unnecessary order costs points. • Make the diagnosis and plan treatment: scoring is done by a transparent, deterministic rules engine, not by AI. • Finish with a step-by-step score breakdown and a personal training report.

COMPETE • Ranked matches: solve the same case at the same time as an opponent near your MMR; climb an Elo-based league ladder from Bronze to Legend. • Tournaments: join open MMR-pooled tournaments, advance through rounds, lift the trophy. • Friend lobbies: create private lobbies for 2-10 players and battle on the same case. • Leaderboards: daily, weekly and all-time — overall or per specialty (19 specialties from cardiology to pediatrics). • Seasons: quarterly soft resets keep the race fresh.

LEARN — A COMPLETELY FREE LIBRARY • Drug monographs: mechanism, indications and side effects. • Medical terminology: terms decoded through their Latin and Greek roots. • Diseases: WHO ICD-11 and ICD-10 — both classifications complete, with two-way mappings; 50,000+ entities per language with codes and definitions. • History of medicine: the milestones that built modern medicine. • Lab values: reference ranges, critical values and the reasons behind high and low results. • Clinical calculators: 20 scores and formulas (CHA₂DS₂-VASc, Wells, GCS, qSOFA, CURB-65, Parkland, GFR...).

YOUR OWN PATIENTS — ENCRYPTED NOTEBOOK (free) • Patient notes, appointments and photos are encrypted on your phone; the key stays with you and the server cannot read the content. • Search runs on your device; move everything to a new phone with an encrypted backup, and lock the notebook behind Face ID.

AI CHAT ASSISTANT (Premium) • Ask your medical question and learn the reasoning; upload a lab photo or a PDF report and have it interpreted.

A DAILY RHYTHM • Daily Diagnosis: a new diagnostic puzzle every day; four clues, five guesses, the earlier you solve it the more you score. • Flash Quiz: 10 case vignettes, four options, thirty seconds.

A growing bank of 1,900+ cases goes through physician review. The app is fully bilingual (English and Turkish); sign in with one tap using your Apple or Google account.

With a free account the whole game is open: unlimited cases, ranked matches, tournaments, private lobbies, game history, leaderboards and the entire library. Free accounts can ask the AI patient 10 history questions per day. Premium raises that to 100 per day, unlocks the AI chat assistant (50 messages per day, including lab photo and PDF uploads) and lets you generate a personal AI analysis report for every game.
