J-Food Merchant is the order and menu management app for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and stores that sell on the J-Food ordering and delivery platform. If your business is listed on J-Food, this app puts your storefront and your incoming orders in your pocket — no computer needed.

RECEIVE AND MANAGE ORDERS • Instant sound alert for every new order, even when the app is in the background • See each order in full: customer name, phone, address, items with photos, quantities and customer notes • Accept an order and set your preparation time — a live countdown shows how much time is left • Move an order through its stages: preparing, ready, out for delivery, delivered • Reject an order when you cannot fulfil it • Call the customer directly from the order screen • Filter orders by All, Active, Completed or Cancelled • Delivery and pickup orders are shown separately
