Askeza: Habit & Goal Tracker

Askeza is a habit tracker for people who want to finish something, not start it for the tenth time.

THE GOAL COUNTS DONE DAYS 90 days means 90 days you actually did it, not 90 pages of a calendar. Miss a day because of illness or travel and the goal doesn't dissolve — the finish line just moves a little.

TWO KINDS OF PRACTICE "I do" — exercise, reading, water: you mark each day with a button. "I abstain" — no cigarettes, no alcohol, no sugar: days count themselves, and you only press anything if you slipped.

A MISSED DAY IS NOT THE END If you miss a day, the app asks what to do: subtract it from your progress or start over. Forgot to tap the button on a day you actually did it? Mark it afterwards.

YOUR OWN REASON You write in your own words why you're doing this. The app shows your words every fourth day; on the others it shows short lines picked for that particular practice.

PAUSE FOR HOLIDAYS AND ILLNESS Paused days don't count as misses, progress doesn't burn, reminders stay quiet.
