LOCAL-FIRST Your workshop content stays in the app’s private device storage. KitCount has no account, advertising or automatic upload of workshop data. Sharing files happens only after you choose it. Optional reminders are scheduled locally.

FREE Create up to two of your own templates and one active unfinished event. The included sample does not count. Planning, shopping, packing, loading, inventory check-in, reminders, CSV export and JSON backup remain free. Existing data above a limit remains readable, editable and exportable.

KITCOUNT PRO Unlock unlimited templates and active events, PDF closeout reports, completed-event history and material contribution views. Unlimited means no cap on how many templates and events you keep. For backup and moving to another device, the shared 16 MiB limit for your whole data set still applies. Material contribution compares participant revenue with recorded material cost; it is not profit or an accounting result. Store prices are shown for your country.
