Recorded AI: Meeting Notes

Hear more in the moment. Capture in a tap, then find the transcript, decision, or next step when you need it.

Be present in the conversation. Recorded captures the audio so you can return to what was said, what matters, and what happens next.

CAPTURE WITHOUT BREAKING YOUR FLOW Start with one tap in the app, from a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, or on Apple Watch. Live Activities and Dynamic Island keep an active recording in view. If a call interrupts, Recorded saves your work and continues when iOS releases the microphone.

MAKE AUDIO USEFUL Import Voice Memos or record directly. Optional AI can create searchable transcripts with speaker separation, clear names, concise summaries, key points, decisions, and action items. Use your own OpenAI API key; review the exact information shared before each AI request.

FIND THE MOMENT YOU NEED Search recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Organize conversations in projects, add tags, correct speaker names, and export or share summaries and PDFs.

BUILT FOR ENGLISH AND HEBREW The app, widgets, Watch capture, transcript repair, exports, and right-to-left layouts support both languages.

YOUR RECORDINGS, YOUR CONTROL No ads, tracking, or Recorded account. Core recording and organization stay on your device. The OpenAI API key you provide is stored in iOS Keychain and is never synced. iCloud sync uses your private CloudKit database. AI transcription and summaries are optional.

Some features require microphone access, a compatible Apple device, iCloud, or your OpenAI API key. Phone calls and certain audio sessions can temporarily take control of the microphone; Recorded preserves your file and resumes safely when it can.
