THE HOSPITAL BAG A packing list for you, for the baby, and for whoever is coming with you — arranged so you can pack it over a few weeks instead of at midnight. Tick things off, skip whatever does not apply, and add your own.

THE CONTRACTION TIMER For the day itself. Tap at the start of each one and it keeps the intervals and the pattern, with a summary you can read out over the phone. It is free, and it always will be. Nobody should meet a paywall on the way to a hospital.
