Build a whiskey collection you enjoy. Add a bottle by scanning its barcode or label, or search a catalogue of 1,963 whiskies, every one with a flavour profile.

Your shelf holds each bottle with its photo, fill level and notes. Log a pour with a rating and a note, and the pour stays with the bottle, so you can check what you thought of it last time.

Every whisky in the catalogue carries a flavour profile across eight axes, drawn as a rose. Once enough of your bottles have profiles, your shelf gets a rose of its own: the shape of what you actually keep buying.

Nine collection sets give the shelf a direction, from The Classic Malts to Islay, end to end, with progress tracked as you go. Keep a wishlist for the bottles that come next. Starting out instead? Three questions about taste, and the catalogue answers with bottles that fit.

The app is free: shelf, catalogue, pour log, sets, wishlist and barcode scanning, plus five AI label scans, five for the lifetime of the account. Pro adds picks for which bottle to add next, from the sets you have started, and one subscription covers every shelf app, My Bar Shelf included.
