Baby Tracker Breastfeeding App

A breastfeeding tracker built for 3am.

Start a feed with one tap. The left and right buttons sit at the bottom of the screen, where your thumb already is — because your other arm is holding a baby.

The two things you actually need are always on screen: how long since the last feed, and which side you used. The next side is suggested automatically, so you do not have to remember it at 3am.

WHAT IT TRACKS • Nursing, with left and right timed separately • Bottle and pumping, with amounts • Diapers and sleep • Weight, height and head circumference • Patterns: feeds per day, average length, time between feeds, side balance

NOTHING GETS LOST The timer counts from real timestamps, so it stays correct even if you close the app or your phone sleeps. Every entry can be edited afterwards. Deleted entries can be undone. If a feed has been running for hours because you fell asleep, the app asks what you want to do instead of guessing.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A Live Activity shows the running timer without unlocking, including in the Dynamic Island. One optional reminder can tell you when nothing has been logged for a while — marked time-sensitive, so it comes through Focus.

NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO TRACKING There is no sign-up. Your entries stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud account — we never see them. No ads, and nothing about you is sold or used to track you across other apps.

The one exception, stated plainly: purchases are handled by our payment provider, which receives the purchase itself and an anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name and it never touches your baby's data.

NO JUDGEMENT No streaks, no goals, no comparisons to other babies, no "normal range". The app records what you enter and shows it back to you. That is the whole idea.

Baby Tracker is a personal log, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or assess whether your baby is feeding enough. For any concern, talk to your pediatrician or a lactation consultant.
