Medical appointments move quickly. VisitRelay helps you stay present, remember what was said, and leave with a plan you have personally checked.

PREPARE THE VISIT

Save the person, reason, questions, and things to bring or do. Optionally import only an upcoming Calendar event's date and title.

Keep PDFs or images with the visit. Preview, rename, search, or remove protected local copies. VisitRelay never reads or advises from them.

KEEP A MEDICATION SNAPSHOT

Store one exact user-entered item per line for each care profile. See when you last changed or checked it, review it during preparation or from saved visit detail, and share a standalone text or PDF copy. Medication inclusion in a visit-preparation export is off by default. VisitRelay does not verify names, strengths, instructions, interactions, allergies, or whether the list is current; check it against medicine labels and your care team.

Choose an optional preparation alert. It says only “Upcoming visit,” with no saved visit detail.

KEEP YOUR AGENDA IN VIEW

Your exact reason and questions remain reachable before recording, during the visit, and in notes-only mode. Choose an optional top concern, mark prompts covered, add exact wording, attach a personal “What I heard” note, or mark a prompt “Needs clarification.” These manual choices never claim a verified answer, contact the care team, or create a task automatically.

RECORD ONLY WITH PERMISSION

VisitRelay requires confirmation that every participant agreed before recording and keeps the recording state visible. Typed notes are always available instead.

REVIEW WHAT WAS ACTUALLY SAID

On-device transcription and drafting keep visit content private. Every item links to source wording and, when available, source-audio time. Confirm, edit, reject, or mark it uncertain. Unsupported high-risk wording changes are blocked. Mark important moments and optionally save your own searchable note.

CONFIRM THE NEXT STEPS

Turn reviewed instructions into follow-ups and optional local reminders. Nothing becomes an action automatically. Alerts use generic wording by default; task wording requires an explicit Settings opt-in. The privacy-safe widget shows only open count and timing unless wording is separately enabled.

PICK UP WHERE YOU STOPPED

Today brings back unfinished, recovered, and missed work, reviewed uncertainties, and exact prompts you marked for clarification. Search locally and return to the source visit.

REPEAT VISITS, LESS RETYPING

Start from a prior clinician with only person, clinician, and specialty filled. Explicitly choose any prior prompt that still applies. Appointment details, medication data, and every other preparation field stay fresh.

SHARE SELECTIVELY

Preview any medication snapshot, preparation, visit, or history text/PDF handoff. Choose individual questions, bring/do items, reviewed details, and confirmed follow-ups. Raw transcripts and source audio stay out.

BACK UP WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT

Create a password-encrypted backup of local profiles, medication snapshots, visits, documents, transcripts, notes, reviewed items, and follow-ups. Source recordings are optional. VisitRelay verifies the archive before destructive restore. Passwords are never stored or recoverable.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

VisitRelay has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, external AI, or third-party SDK. Content stays on your device. Source audio, documents, one visit, and all local data have separate deletion controls.

VisitRelay organizes information you enter or record. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend medical decisions, or replace a healthcare professional. Recording laws vary. Ask every participant and record only after everyone agrees.
