DIVE IN turns your Apple Watch into a single switch for deep work. One tap, a quiet ritual, then the app disappears - no timers, no scores, no pressure.

The hardest part of deep work is not finishing, it is starting. We built a fixed entry ritual - breathing, a few gentle questions, and three constant haptic taps - that becomes a conditioned reflex. The more you use it, the easier it gets to drop into flow on command.

How it works:

• Enter in one second. Open the app or complication and tap. No choices, no setting a duration.
• A one-minute ritual. Guided breathing and a soft self-persuasion sequence lead you to a fixed haptic switch. Veterans can long-press to skip straight to the switch.
• The product vanishes. The screen goes black. No clock, no heart rate, no progress bar - nothing to pull you out.
• A fifteen-second review. Back on the watch, rate depth and starting resistance with the crown, confirm a few pre-filled tags. No typing.
• Your flow journal. On iPhone, a calm paper-white timeline quietly records every session, with optional notes and a growing tag archive.
