The Hello Sono POCUS app makes it easier for enrolled clinicians to submit de-identified point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) exams for personalized feedback, competency development, credentialing support, and quality assurance.

Upload supported images, videos, or approved exam links from ultrasound devices and platforms. Complete a guided, exam-specific worksheet with your interpretation and submit the exam through your Hello Sono program.

Submit scans from virtually any ultrasound device or archiving solution Hello Sono does not require a specific ultrasound manufacturer or dedicated QA platform. Submit supported de-identified images or videos, or provide an approved exam-sharing link. DICOM files are not currently supported.

Support your POCUS progress Hello Sono Exam Review can help you build a documented portfolio of educational scan reviews to support applicable credentialing requirements. Learners may receive monthly statistics, progress updates, and reminders by email. Program administrators may receive live dashboard access and monthly progress and quality assurance reports. In V1, feedback, learner reporting, and administrator dashboards are provided outside the mobile app through secure Hello Sono workflows.

CME available Eligible educational scan reviews may qualify for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ through an approved Hello Sono Exam Review package. Visit the Hello Sono Exam Review webpage for current eligibility, credit, fees, and accredited provider information.

Access requirements The app is available to enrolled Hello Sono users. Self-service registration is not currently available. Users receive an access code and PIN from Hello Sono or their program administrator.

All submitted exams must be appropriately de-identified. Do not submit protected health information or patient-identifying information.
