TCast Remote

Fire clips and control your show from your iPhone. Works over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

TCast Remote controls TCast on your Mac from an iPhone or iPad. It talks to the Mac over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in case of an annoying network.

Pair by being on the same network as or near your Mac. You can also scan the QR code in TCast's Remote Control settings or enter the IP info manually. Do it once and after that the app will automatically find your Mac by itself.

Use it live! You can: • Fire clips from a grid grouped by playlist, with thumbnails and a red tally on whatever is live • Play, pause, restart, skip to the next or previous clip, and seek ten seconds either way • Read a running timecode that stays smooth between the Mac's updates • Cut to black, and clear all layers • Ride the master fader in dB, and mute

Bluetooth carries the same controls as Wi-Fi with slightly lower quality thumbnails. If the house network doesn't work, you can have transport, tally, and the fader, with no access point involved.

Requires TCast for macOS, running on a Mac you can reach. This app does nothing on its own. TCast is a separate download from tcast.app.
