Scorra: Padel Scoreboard

Scorra keeps the score of a padel match on your Apple Watch and says it out loud after every point, so nobody has to remember whose serve it is or argue about whether it was 30-15 or 40-15.

SCORE FROM YOUR WRIST Two big buttons, one per team. Tap the one that won the point. The watch shows the game score, the set score and who is serving, and the score goes to your iPhone instantly.

IT SAYS THE SCORE OUT LOUD Your iPhone speaks the score after every point through whatever speaker it is connected to. Put the phone in your bag next to the Bluetooth speaker and forget about it; Scorra keeps talking with the screen off. Every announcement is a real recorded voice, in English or Spanish, not a robot reading numbers.

THE RULES YOUR GROUP ACTUALLY PLAYS Choose what happens at 40-40: advantage, golden point, or advantage on the first deuce and golden point after that. Turn the tiebreak off if your court runs on two clear games. Scorra works out the serve, the side and the set on its own.

ONE SET, OR AN AFTERNOON Scorra never asks how many sets you are going to play, because nobody knows that before they start. At the end of a set it asks whether you want another one, and keeps the running score if you do.

HEART RATE AND CALORIES, WHILE YOU PLAY Every match is an Apple Health workout. Your heart rate and calories sit next to the score on the watch, your peak heart rate goes on the match card, and the match lands in your rings when it ends.

A CARD WORTH SENDING When the match ends Scorra draws a card with the final score, how long you played, the calories, the peak heart rate, the player of the match and a photo of the group if you took one. One tap sends it to the group chat.

WHAT YOU PLAYED Your last twenty matches stay on your iPhone, with the card for each one drawn fresh every time you open it.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVERS, NO SIGNAL NEEDED There is nothing to sign up for. Scorra keeps everything on your own devices and sends nothing anywhere, which also means it works perfectly on a court with no reception.

Scorra needs an iPhone. The watch app is included and installs from the iPhone app. It is not required, but scoring from your wrist is the point.

SUBSCRIPTION Scorra is a subscription with a one-week free trial, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Settings.
