Lingua is a dictionary and learning app for the indigenous and regional languages of the Philippines. The app includes large languages, for example Ilocano, Kapampangan, and Bikol. The app also includes languages in danger, for example Arta and Ratagnon.

The app works without an internet connection. The full dictionary downloads to your device the first time you open the app. After that, you can browse, learn, and add words in all locations: in the city, in the province, or far from a network.

AI THAT KEEPS YOUR DATA PRIVATE The AI chat runs on your device. Download a small AI model one time. After that, the AI makes its answers on your phone. The answers come from the dictionary of the language you study. You do not need an account. You do not need internet.

ADD WORDS AND RECORDINGS • Add words and translations to any language. Register a language that is not on the list • Record pronunciation clips in your own voice • Confirm or flag entries.
