Projects are hand-picked and grouped into rows that change as the market does: Hot listings, Sneak peek, Just launched and Existing gems. Each one carries a full gallery, the developer, the community, the payment plan, the handover date and a plain fact sheet.

Then the part a portal will never give you. A written read on the project itself. Whether the payment plan is genuinely gentle or only looks that way. Who it suits, and who it does not. What is worth taking, and what is worth leaving.

Off-plan holdings show the payment plan, the percentage paid, construction progress, and the projected position at handover.

Resale holdings show current value, equity, the mortgage still outstanding, and appreciation since purchase.

Leased holdings show the rent, the net yield, the monthly cash flow and the renewal date.

Above them sits the total position, Golden Visa progress measured across the three strongest title deeds, a cash-flow ledger of every dirham in and out, written notes on each property, and a list of next moves to work through.

The portfolio side is invite-only. There is no public registration, because that area holds a specific client's own holdings, payments and documents. Client accounts are created directly by the consultant, who loads the properties and issues the sign-in.
