EasyLaundry is your laundry's app. Book a home pickup for your clothes, follow your orders, and keep prices, balances and payment details at hand — no calls, no messages.

START WITH A QR CODE Scan your laundry's QR code — or paste its link — and you're connected to that store. Create your account, activate it from your email, and you're set.

REQUEST A PICKUP IN FOUR STEPS Choose the pickup address, the date, an available time slot for that day, and where you want the delivery. Add notes for the driver ("leave at the front desk", "ring 3B") and confirm. You get your order number right away.

TRACK YOUR ORDERS See whether they are in progress, delivered or cancelled, and paid or pending. The detail view shows pickup and delivery dates, addresses, the services on your order and the full breakdown: subtotal, discount, shipping, total, paid and balance due.

RATE THE SERVICE Give a star rating and leave a comment when your clothes come back.

PRICES ALWAYS AT HAND Browse the store's price list with a garment search and the turnaround days for each service.

PREPAID AND CREDIT Check your available balance and which plans are active or expired.

YOUR ADDRESSES AND PROFILE Save the addresses you use most, keep your details up to date, and choose which email alerts you want to receive: pickups and deliveries, orders and cancellations, payments.

DIRECT CONTACT Message the store on WhatsApp, call it, or open directions to get there — right from the home screen.
