AstroWorld Live Astrologer

AstroWorld Live Astrologer is the professional companion app for astrologers who take consultations from seekers on AstroWorld. It is your consultation desk: go on duty when you are free, answer the people waiting, and watch what you have earned settle in real time.

This app is for practising astrologers. Seekers use the separate AstroWorld Live app to find you.

YOUR DUTY, YOUR HOURS

• One switch puts you on duty. Seekers only see you as available when you are
• Go off duty at any time, mid-day or mid-week — nobody is scheduled for you
• An availability check runs every few minutes, so if your phone dies or the app is closed you drop to offline automatically instead of leaving someone waiting
• Chat, voice call and video call, whichever you prefer to work in

THE CONSULTATION DESK

• A live waiting room shows who has asked for you right now
• Open a request to read the seeker's real details before you accept — name, birth details, and the concern in their own words
• Past consultations build your own private record, ordered by when they finished
• Every count on the screen comes from your authenticated session data. Nothing is estimated or inflated

EARNINGS YOU CAN CHECK YOURSELF

• Today, this month, and what is withdrawable, on the first screen
• Your share of every consultation is agreed before you start and written into the contract you sign — and it is recorded on each individual settlement, so a payout can always be traced back to the rate it was billed at
• Add your bank account once, then request a withdrawal when you want one
• Settlement records show the destination account and the time each one completed

BUILDING YOUR PRACTICE

• Your public profile is yours to shape: photo, intro video, bio, specialisms and languages
• Rating, review count and recorded accuracy are earned from real consultations, never set by hand
• Growth view shows how your practice is moving over time

BECOMING AN ASTROLOGER ON ASTROWORLD

Applications are open, and the process is deliberately thorough — it is what lets us tell seekers that every astrologer is verified:

1. Apply with your details and specialisms
2. Complete identity and tax verification
3. A short screening interview
4. Record a welcome video for your profile
5. Review and approval, then sign your consultation agreement

You cannot take consultations until that is complete. We would rather have fewer astrologers than unverified ones.

SAFETY, IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

• Text and images are screened for abusive content on both sides of a consultation. You are protected from seekers as much as they are protected from you
• Report a seeker or block them from inside the session. A blocked pair is never matched again
• Voice and video consultations are recorded for safety review and dispute resolution. Both people are told on screen before the call begins, neither can play the recording back, and recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days
• Nobody can ask you for money, and you should never send any. Payments only ever move through the app

PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT

Your verification documents are held in private storage with no public links. Seekers see only your public profile. You can delete your account from Profile at any time, which deactivates it immediately and queues permanent deletion.
