Clock In Business is a straightforward punch clock for small teams. One app, two roles: employers manage the team, employees clock in and out. Everything runs on server time, so entries can't be fudged from a device.

For Employers

• Add employees in seconds. Each gets a unique 8-character sign-in code — no passwords to remember, no email address required from staff.
• Set a weekly schedule per employee: in/out times per weekday, days off, and an optional hourly pay rate.
• See who is on duty right now, with a live elapsed timer next to each name.
• Review time-edit requests side by side: original punch, requested punch, and the reason. Approve or deny in one tap.
• Message any employee directly. Every thread is one-to-one and private.
• Enable per-employee reminders. If someone forgets to clock in or out, the server nudges them — no unreliable device timers.
• Regenerate an employee's sign-in code if a phone is lost. The old code and any active session are killed within minutes.
