A simple and easy-to-use calendar app. From checking your schedule and the weather forecast to managing your daily to-dos, this one app keeps your everyday planning in one place.

EVENTS • Shows the calendars already set up on your iPhone. Google, iCloud, Exchange — whatever is in iOS Settings appears automatically, with no extra sign-in. • Create, edit and delete events straight from the month view. • Create an event with your voice. Speech becomes text on the device; no recording is uploaded. • Repeating events, the day's to-dos, and a color for each calendar. • Start the week on Sunday, Monday or Saturday. • Make a new calendar and share it with family or friends, and manage who has access (sharing is for Google calendars, and it is the one feature that asks you to sign in to Google).

WEATHER • Weather for a city you choose, laid out inside the month view. • A line graph of temperature and rainfall across a single day (Apple Weather).

HOLIDAYS AND WORLD CALENDARS • Subscribe to the public holiday calendar of any country. Holiday names are translated into your own language for supported combinations. • Put a traditional calendar or almanac marker under each date.

STAMPS • Put a picture stamp on an event — plants and animals, sports, vehicles and more — so you can tell at a glance whose event it is, or what kind it is (Premium).

ON YOUR OTHER SCREENS • Five Home Screen widgets: month (large, medium), today's events (medium, small), next event. • An Apple Watch app with the day's events, the weather graph and the panda.

AND THE PANDA Every so often a small panda walks across the calendar screen. Stroke it with a finger and it answers back, and it grows the more you use the app. It is the one thing here that isn't practical — and you can switch the walking off in the settings.

LANGUAGES Follows the language set on your device, right-to-left scripts included.
