Balloon puts you in the basket. Turn the Digital Crown one way to run the burner and climb, the other way to vent and descend -- no tap-to-flap, no tilting your wrist, just the Crown against a constant gentle downward drift. Fly through rings to score, and decide, mid-air, how much of that score you're willing to risk to keep going.

WHY IT WORKS ON A WATCH

Most arcade ports fight the small screen and borrow a phone's control scheme. Balloon is built around the Crown instead: rotation direction maps directly to vertical thrust, so flying never puts a finger over the action and the whole game plays one-handed, arm raised, no iPhone required.

RISK AND REWARD, NOT JUST SURVIVAL

Every ring you pass adds to an at-risk pool worth more than the last -- the longer you go without cashing in, the more there is to lose. Tap the screen to bank it into your permanent score. Miss a ring or clip the terrain and the whole at-risk pool is gone, on top of costing a life. Clear all 50 rings in a course with lives to spare and you get a choice: cash out, or push into a harder course carrying your score and lives forward.
