Pearl Reef is a game about one decision, made over and over: when to turn back.

You free-dive on a single breath. Deeper pearls are worth more — but a shark marks the exact point past which you can't make it back up. Grab what you can. Turn before the jaws reach you. Surface with your haul, or lose everything to greed.

There are no loot boxes, no timers, no tricks to keep you hooked. The whole game is learning to recognize "enough" — a skill worth more outside the water than in it.

Every day brings a new reef, the same for everyone, worldwide. Your READ score measures one thing: the quality of your decisions, not your luck. Two sub-scores break it down — Hands (your timing) and Nerve (your judgment) — so you can see exactly which one is improving.
